Golf Mental Game

Your golf mental game will make you a better more consistent golfer.

Your 'golf mental game' is probably the number one area you could focus on to light a fire under your physical game and launch it to the next level - or 3.

This is because it can directly provide you with 'Swiss Watch' consistent performance so you hover at or near your sparkling best.

No more hoping this will be a good or lucky day.

As good as you currently are, is as good as you can be.

Many times it isn't that the 'Pros' have better shots than you, they roll them out more often.

Imagine not having those speed-bump jarring mis-hits when, in your heart of hearts, you know you can do better.

There are some, easy as abc, extremely effective strategies that can stack the deck in your favor for this part of your game.

While it takes time, effort, practise and discipline to continue to improve your physical game, not so your golf mental game. You can kick that one into gear today. You just need to know the tricks.

I have worked with many elite world class athletes across a large variety of sports. None of them knew these skills. They were 'stalked' by bad form and dreaded its appearance. We can stop that.

Here is an interesting statistic for you:
When I was researching existing resources on the web for this aspect of the golf mental game I did some keyword research to see what golfers actually are searching for. My software pulled me up after 801 keywords. When I filtered these for the word 'mind' or the word 'mental' guess how many of these 801 searched for keywords come up:

"0" "zero" "zip" "nada" - everything else though from golf buggies to golf gloves.

Do you think this is an under-developed part of our game? ..... Ya think, Denozo!!!

There are 10 key aspects to this that I would consider the bare minimum to be on top of:

  1. Rehearsing - Replaying


  2. Capturing your best performance state


  3. Kinesthetic Association

  4. Releasing undetected physical tension

  5. Removing adrenalin

  6. Dumping Strategies

  7. Controlling focus times - too much focus is detrimental

  8. Internal precision with mental states

  9. Eye patterns

  10. Internal voice

I will be going through each of these aspects individually for you. Stay tuned. Each of them has their own specific skill sets.

Even if you are familiar with some of the concepts above, believe me, there are subtle nuances that make all the difference. I will show you what they are. Your new skills can carry you to places once only dreamed of.
